Doug Hoverson
Doug Hoverson come down to the brewery to help Schell's celebrate the 75th anniversary of the repeal of Prohibition. Doug, who wrote the book, "Land of Amber Waters, The History of Brewing in Minnesota," gave a presentation in the new tap room on Minnesota's colorful brewing past, and how prohibition affected Schell's and other breweries in the state. Afterwards, Doug was presented a New Ulm Friendship Mug from Mayor Joel Albrecht, and signed copies of his book. A big thanks to Doug for stopping down and to all who attended!
