Join us for an exclusive beer release event featuring the Chaibiscus!

Chaibiscus is a light-bodied, refreshing beer inspired by the tart and spice of rhubarb pie.

The bold pink color of this beer comes from the hibiscus flower, and it lends a complementary tart flavor to the chai spice accentuated in this brew.

This brew combines the refreshing aspects of a cold beer with the floral and spiced notes of a delicious tea. Awaken your senses with this flavorful beverage.

Crafted on our pilot system, this limited-release brew is available exclusively in Schell’s Bierhalle. We have only one barrel of it, so make sure to come early and enjoy it before it’s gone.

It was awesome going through the tour, and the tasting room was a very comfortable place to try very fresh beers as well as some new ones. Sue, our tour guide was great and did a fantastic job showing us around. I would definitely do this tour again and highly recommend checking it out!!

Incredible beer, friendly staff, beautiful facility. Wish we came the day before on Sunday, as the biergarten had live music. Definitely coming back when we visit next year!

Historical and beautiful brewery. A must see if you are in New Ulm. There is something here for everyone even if you aren’t a beer drinker.

Fantastic experience! My co-workers and I went on the brewery tour for only $10. Included samples at the end, along with a complimentary glass. Highly recommended if you love beer!

Been coming here for years. Always love this place. Although I prefer it in the late spring, when the flowers are blooming and the peacocks are out. The beer is as good as you can imagine and the atmosphere is even better. The staff is fantastic and I'll keep going back!
