Pilot Series Release: Orange Mimosa

Join us in the Bierhalle for a special evening as we unveil our latest pilot brew, the Orange Mimosa!
The Orange Mimosa is a tart ale infused with orange, making it the perfect summer refresher. Crafted with Julius hops and a blend of North Star Pils, Torrified Wheat, and Blonde RoastOat malts, this brew promises a delightful taste experience.
This limited-release Orange Mimosa was brewed on our pilot system and is available exclusively in the Schell’s Bierhalle. We’ll have one barrel of this small-batch brew available until it runs out—don’t miss your chance to try it!
Fun place and wonderful 1919 root beer is available in addition to beer.

It was awesome going through the tour, and the tasting room was a very comfortable place to try very fresh beers as well as some new ones. Sue, our tour guide was great and did a fantastic job showing us around. I would definitely do this tour again and highly recommend checking it out!!
Incredible beer, friendly staff, beautiful facility. Wish we came the day before on Sunday, as the biergarten had live music. Definitely coming back when we visit next year!
Historical and beautiful brewery. A must see if you are in New Ulm. There is something here for everyone even if you aren’t a beer drinker.
Fantastic experience! My co-workers and I went on the brewery tour for only $10. Included samples at the end, along with a complimentary glass. Highly recommended if you love beer!
Been coming here for years. Always love this place. Although I prefer it in the late spring, when the flowers are blooming and the peacocks are out. The beer is as good as you can imagine and the atmosphere is even better. The staff is fantastic and I'll keep going back!
