Pilot Series Release: Session IPA (Brewer’s Chat in the Bierhalle)

Join us in the Bierhalle Friday for an exclusive unveiling of our latest pilot brew, the Session IPA!
Be the first to taste our hoppy yet smooth Session IPA, with a delightful malty flavor and notes of lemon, coconut, and Valencia oranges, complemented by a lush citric aroma.
This limited-release brew was crafted on our pilot system and is exclusively available in Schell’s Bierhalle. We only have one barrel, so come early to enjoy this small-batch delight before it runs out.
Joe Stevens, the mastermind behind this Session IPA, will be sharing the story behind the beer at 6PM. Don’t miss the chance to ask him your burning questions during the Q&A session.
Fun place and wonderful 1919 root beer is available in addition to beer.

It was awesome going through the tour, and the tasting room was a very comfortable place to try very fresh beers as well as some new ones. Sue, our tour guide was great and did a fantastic job showing us around. I would definitely do this tour again and highly recommend checking it out!!
Incredible beer, friendly staff, beautiful facility. Wish we came the day before on Sunday, as the biergarten had live music. Definitely coming back when we visit next year!
Historical and beautiful brewery. A must see if you are in New Ulm. There is something here for everyone even if you aren’t a beer drinker.
Fantastic experience! My co-workers and I went on the brewery tour for only $10. Included samples at the end, along with a complimentary glass. Highly recommended if you love beer!
Been coming here for years. Always love this place. Although I prefer it in the late spring, when the flowers are blooming and the peacocks are out. The beer is as good as you can imagine and the atmosphere is even better. The staff is fantastic and I'll keep going back!
