Rauch Weizenbock Beer Release: Brewer’s Chat with Dave Berg

Join us in Schell’s Bierhalle for an exclusive beer release event featuring the much-anticipated Rauch Weizenbock!
Indulge your taste buds in this full-bodied delight, crafted with a blend of beechwood-kilned malt, dark wheat, Cara-bohemian, Crystal Red malt, and Midnight Wheat. With a 6.13% ABV, it promises a warming fruity finish, accentuated by the classic banana and clove notes from Lallemand Munich Classic Ale yeast.
Brewmaster Dave Berg will tell the story behind the brew just after we tap the kegs.
Don’t miss out on this unique flavor experience! This release brewed on our Pilot System is only available for a limited time in the Schell’s Bierhalle.
Fun place and wonderful 1919 root beer is available in addition to beer.

It was awesome going through the tour, and the tasting room was a very comfortable place to try very fresh beers as well as some new ones. Sue, our tour guide was great and did a fantastic job showing us around. I would definitely do this tour again and highly recommend checking it out!!
Incredible beer, friendly staff, beautiful facility. Wish we came the day before on Sunday, as the biergarten had live music. Definitely coming back when we visit next year!
Historical and beautiful brewery. A must see if you are in New Ulm. There is something here for everyone even if you aren’t a beer drinker.
Fantastic experience! My co-workers and I went on the brewery tour for only $10. Included samples at the end, along with a complimentary glass. Highly recommended if you love beer!
Been coming here for years. Always love this place. Although I prefer it in the late spring, when the flowers are blooming and the peacocks are out. The beer is as good as you can imagine and the atmosphere is even better. The staff is fantastic and I'll keep going back!
