Behind the Brew

No Frills Pils was developed with an eye on tradition. We combine German and American malts, then add Herkules hops for bittering. A pinch of Sterling and Tettnang hops give it a nice, spicy aroma. No Frills undergoes an intensive mash schedule to create a dry, well-attenuated beer. This dryness, combined with a firm bitterness from the hops, creates an easy drinkability that makes you want to reach for another.
